We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your natural leather backpack, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.
